    Consistently one of the better burgers in St Charles County. Add a little brisket to it and bam! Fries are home cut and tasty, a bit limp but great flavor. Had a jalapeño cheddar link and it was solid. Can't go wrong here, but don't overlook the burger!

    My favorite BBQ place in St. Charles County. The brisket is excellent, the ribs are very tasty. These are my go to meats. The pulled pork is good, however, while living in the Memphis area I ate so much pulled pork I got burned out. Sugarfire has really tasty sides as well. Portions are good and price is competitive for the area. The staff is always friendly and the place is well maintained. Cool decor.

    Made another visit to Sugarfire and wasn't disappointed. Took several coworkers from out of town and boy did we hit the jackpot. I know when it comes to BBQ it's all about the scale (everything is weighted) but today it felt the scale was off and lots of tasty deliciousness was served. I've had the pleasure of visiting a few BBQ restaurants in the STL vicinity and Surefire is very consistent at each location. From the cleanliness to service Sugarfire is where it's at. Depending on the time of day you visit be prepared to wait in line or fight for seating. Either way you're getting a great meal and experience. Oh and try all the side dishes, they're all very good.
